Participation in the competition of Hardstylemag, hereinafter referred to as operator or organiser, is free of charge and is exclusively based on these conditions of participation.
PROCEDURE OF THE COMPETITION
The duration of the competition is the time indicated on Facebook. Within this period, users are given the opportunity to participate in the competition online.
PARTICIPATION
In order to participate in the competition, the instructions in the competition must be implemented. Participation is only possible within the participation period; actions after the participation deadline will not be considered. Each participant can only enter the competition once. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple Facebook profiles to increase the chance of winning. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
ELIGIBLE
Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Europe. Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
In case of a violation of the conditions of participation or in case of an attempt of technical manipulation, the operator reserves the right to exclude certain persons from the competition. If necessary, in these cases, winnings can be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
THE FOLLOWING PRIZES ARE AWARDED:
The winnings of the respective posts on the official Facebook fan page of the operator: https://www.facebook.com/hardstylemagazin, which are indicated for the respective raffles.
The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries in a random draw among all participants. If the raffle is linked to a task, only those participants will be entered into the raffle who have correctly performed the task in accordance with the respective conditions. The winners of the raffle will be promptly informed of the prize via a post with their profile name on the Facebook fan page https://www.facebook.com/hardstylemagazin. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Transfer to third parties is also not permitted.
Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with the claiming of the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner himself/herself is responsible for any taxation of the prize. The prize must be handed over to the winner within 30 days, unless another period is agreed upon in writing.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within the 7-day period, the prize and any claim to it will be forfeited.
TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION
The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running according to plan.
PRIVACY
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her full name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and its social media platforms. The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to:

to be sent to. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately. This has existed until participation in a subsequent competition, in which a new participation will be made.
