Since ever we enjoy the most famous classics our scene has to offer! Tracks like Tonight, Live the Moment, Ctrl.Alt.Delete., Torture or Shiverz will remain unforgotten. There is deep connection with these tracks, either they create a specific feeling, atmosphere or remind us on a specific moment within history of hardstyle music. Events like The Tijdmachine or X-Qlusive Legends have proven, that classics hardstyle tracks are still deeply anchored in our hearts. So, while we are enjoying the first sets of the Meganta stage from Defqon.1 2016, we sat together and tried to think of recent tracks who will be classics in 5 or 10 years. Tracks who will be played at the Magenta stage of Defqon.1 2025!

Of course let us know which recent track you’ll see as a classic in the future. Our top 10 is in no particular order 🙂

10. NCBM – Solar

For most of the people this track is the ultimate summer track! The vibe is amazing and the track is played by many artists through different events. Since the announcement of Solar people are going absolutely insane when this track gets dropped! So, there is no way around NCBM – Solar in a solid 2025 classic set!

9. Brennan Heart & Jonathan Mendelsohn – Imaginary

When there is one track, who’s still absolutely killing it, either live or in the original mix, then it’s Brennan Hearts Imaginary! Feelings to the max, I mean, just take a look at this footage from a girl, who is starting to cry during Imaginary. It’s insane what one single track can do to so many people. Still we enjoy this track – he did not lost its magic!

8.  Atmozfears ft. David Spekter – Release

It’s not over yet, do not put away the tissues! We all know it – even if you’re the most brutal rawstyle die hard, you will still sing along this track during an Atmozfears set! First time he dropped this track at Qlimax 2014 and since then, not a single Atmozfears track will reach the range and popularity of Release!

7.  Frequencerz & Tartaros ft. MC Jeff – Wolfpack

This track nails it, with one of the best vocals ever. I think we will all agree on that. A track that automatically forces your body to move and your voice to sing along the vocals! With WOlfpack Frequencerz created one hell of a hardstyle track. Absolutely stunning, as everything fits perfectly – the melody, the vocals, the kick, the atmosphere. Fanatics on the front, rebels to the left, my crew on the right, punks in the back!

6. Ran-D & Digital Punk – Rebel To The Grave

Ohh baby, we getting rougher! With Rebel To The Grave Ran-D and Digital Punk pretty much created the one of the most hardstylish tracks ever! A rough kick, a catchy melody, a dark atmosphere and frightening vocals. For most of us these vocals are the ultimate hardstyle statement, as it represents our all thinking and lifestyle! It’s still played by Ran-D and Digital Punk and everytime we get Goosebumps all over, when the whole crowd is singing along!

5. Adaro ft. Danny Scandal – For The Street (Regain Remix)

I think we all agree, that not a single remix, except for this one, hit the scene as hard as Regains remix of Adaro’s For The Street! Holy damn shit, what an incredible remix! First time premiered at Intents Festival 2015, this track broke all boundaries and officially proved that Regain belongs to the top producers we have in the scene! We think his remix is even more popular than the original!

4. E-Force – Seven

Well, we can’t denie that Seven has his fans and haters, but when it comes to potential future classic tracks, there is no way around E-Force – Seven! What ones started as a Loudness tool, evolved into one of the most famous raw hardstyle tracks of all time! The track went straight through the roof and is still part of many sets. Mostly used as last track of the set, Seven is varied in different edits or mash ups! I mean, we all know wha’ts happening when the evil laughing is blasting through the speakers.

3. B-Front & Frequencerz – Psycho

The official Loudness anthem 2014! In our opinion one of the best tracks ever made in the last years. The track perfetcly represents raw hardstyle and hardstyle in general. We all know the catchy vocals, which are stuck in our mind! The drop, the break and the climax with this hard kick will surely make the crowd bounce all over the place, even inm 10 years!

2. Warface – FTP

Fuck the police! Warface – we guess not a single artist had such a crazy career as this guy! You can find him on every raw hardstyle stage and people still enjoy his music and sets! But if there is one track who really stands out it’s FTP! The atmosphere is amazing and when the beat is about to drop, the crowd screams FUCK THE POLICE! Sadly, the track is not played that often, but seriously, we think it will surely be a classic in a few years! Everyone will remember the vocals, when the track gets dropped!

1. Ran-D ft. Skits Vicious – No Guts, No Glory (Defqon.1 Anthem 2015)

When it comes to nowadays classics, some Defqon.1 anthems like Headhunterz’s Scrap Attack or World of Madness are highly appreciated during some good old classic set. In general there are a few anthems which will stuck in our head forever – just think about Technoboys Next Dimensional World, Frontliner’s Weekend Warrior, The Q-Base theme by Alpha² and many more.
If there is one Defqon.1 which will be a true classic in 10 years, it’s No Guts, No Glory by Ran-D and Skits Vicious! As most of us will agree, this anthem is awesome in any possible ways!
