Koningsdag or King’s Day is a Dutch national holiday to celebrate the birth of King Willem-Alexander. The Dutch celebrate this holiday by attending festivals, parades, and street markets. It is traditional on King’s Day to wear orange from head to toe!

Practical Info

Kingsworld will take place on Thursday April 27th at Zuiderpark in The Hague. The festival consists of three stages: Main Stage, Huis van Oranje, and Happy 90’s. The line up is a mix of traditional Dutch music, hip-hop, pop, hard dance, and nostalgic classics.

The Main Stage is where you can find some of the biggest names in the Dutch hip-hop and Latin scene. Huis van Oranje will host the more traditional Dutch party music. Lastly, the Happy 90’s Stage is the place to be for guilty pleasure hits and of course the harder styles.
