Member of the ‘End of Line’ label, and one of the shooting stars of the current Hardstyle scene – D-Sturb. Tracks like “Legacy” or “Apocalyptic Darkness” fostered his stellar ascent. Together with the organizers of Shockerz event, his achievements get finally appreciated with an own event “Last Man Standing” on February 29th. 2020. Big promises and a completely sold out event – are positive signs that this event will become an epic one. Reason enough for us, to take a closer look.
This is D-Sturb
Jorrit Popkema aka D-Sturb appeared around 2013 on the hardstyle screen. He started with releases like „Predator“ or „Stay Here“ on the label Dancetraxx Records. With the beginning of 2015 he started to release on bigger labels like “Gearbox Ditigal”. Tracks like „Trippin“ or „Until ist gone“ were real dancefloor hits and made a statement – that this guy was up for more. Consequently he joined the End of Line crew in the middle of 2016 and together with Warface – he has found the perfect combination.
His special sounds and dedication have led to many collaborations with DaTweekaz, Act of Rage, Warface or Sefa. Already at the age of 24 he played at legendary events like Qlimax, Supremacy, Defqon 1 or Intents Festival.
His album “Synchronized” with Warface marked a real cornerstone in 2019 and created a massive impact. Tracks like „The Awakening“, „Imma OG“ turned the charts upside down and are ongoing part of their sets for good reason. So now its time for D-Sturb “Last Man Standing”
To appreciate this achievements the proper way, the event “Last Man Standing” seems to be the best way. D-Sturb himself is taking this one really serious with promises which create big expectations.
This is the lineup
Sure – once an End of Line – member celebrates his own event, that the rest of the crew will be there as well. Thus Warface, Artifact, Killshot, Delete and Bloodlust mark the spearhead. As if that weren’t enough, giants like D-Block&S-Te-Fan, Sub Zero Project and frenchcore wonder Sefa are rounding up the impressive lineup. Host of the night is DV8 – a voice that has accompanied the Hardstyle scene for a long time now.
His live act
On his socials, D-Sturb recently asked “Do you remember LEVEL 2 at Shockerz? It was just a small taste of what you can expect on February 29th”. One of his posts, showing that his event will become really special. Cause in 2019 he presented his live act “The Next Level”. A special performance of 6 Levels which got performed at 6 different locations. The outcome was the release of his “The next level EP”.
Consequently he is taking advantage by announcing a next bonus level, which will overshow the prior editions.

Creator of the Rebirth 2020 anthem
So 2020 seems to be promising, that this year will become his big year. And beside his preparations it came that he now got appointed to create the anthem of Rebirth Festival 2020. Congratulations! A funny video clip on youtube was spread the recent days on the socials around February 12th. ..
