HOW MYSTERLAND BEGAN
The journey of Mysteryland has begun 30 years ago in 1993, by the organization TNT (The Nation Top). But many thing changed over the year. What started out as a Hardcore festival has grown out to one of the biggest dance events there is. The festival first took place on the Midland Circuit in Lelystad but has seen many locations since then. Since 2003, Mysteryland has settled in the well-known Haarlemmermeer.
Not only has the location changed, but also the size. Where the festival had 12 stages and 40.000 guests in 2003, it now has 20 stages, 100.000 guests and over 300+ performing artists.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT THIS YEAR
Mysteryland has a beautiful campsite with a variety of activities, food, and, of course, lots of music. The creative program starts on Friday at 5:00 PM.
The activities available at the campsite range from the breakfast club to wellness, midnight bingo, and arcade games. And if you get really hot, you can always take a dip in the pool.
If you happen to forget some groceries, no stress! Mysteryland has a supermarket with all the necessary supplies. But of course, Mysteryland is mainly about music and fun. The weekend starts off well with a cool pre-party at the campsite, followed later in the evening by a fantastic afterparty with a lineup for everyone’s taste.
