Was passiert wenn sich Q-Dance einen alten Militärflughafen sichert, die verlassenen Bunker mit einer brachialen Soundanlage ausrüstet und nur die besten DJs der Hardstyle- und Hardcoreszene einlädt? Ein 14-Stündiger Mega-Rave!

Q-Base steht seit der ersten Edition für den krönenden Abschluss der Festival-saison. Der alte Militärflughafen in Weeze dient dabei als die ultimative Festival-Location! Auch dieses Jahr können wir uns auf ein top Line-Up, massive Show und interessante Hostings vereinzelter Bühnen freuen – mit dabei sind z.B. Nightbreed, Gearbox, PRSPCT oder auch Parookaville.

In unserer kommenden Artikel-Reihe stellen wir euch jede einzelne Area vor. Wir präsentieren das Line-Up, interessante Hintergrundinformationen, diskutieren über einzelne Artists und philosophieren über das Design und die Dekoration der Area. Vereinzelt laden wir zudem Artists ein, die ein klein wenig über die Area und ihren Auftritt plaudern.

Wer kennt die Melodie von Attack Again nicht! Als Urgestein der Hardstyle-Szene sind Noisecontrollers für einige der besten Songs verantwortlich! Nun hostet Noisecontrollers die Early Hardstyle Area und wird dabei von Jones, Luna, den Bass Modulators (hier: Oldschool Modulators), Technoboy, Toneshifterz und Wildstylez unterstützt.

Ein durchaus interessantes Line Up. Durchweg sind alle Artist schon gefühlt eine Ewigkeit in der Szene. Mit Jones steht zudem ein relativ junges Talent hinter den Decks und wird mit Sicherheit das Opening-Set spielen. Luna könnte in seinem set eventuell etwas härter werden, Technoboy wird euch mit der Qlimax Anthem Next Dimensional World beglücken, Wildstyez wohl einige Project One Titel spielen und auch Toneshifterz klingt vielversprechend. Wer erinnert sich noch an Sahara?

What happens if Q-Dance takes over an old, military Airbase, invites just the best hardstyle and hardcore artists and equips the abandoned bunkers with a crazy sound system? Right, a 14h mega-rave!

Since the very first edition, Q-BASE unofficially closes the outdoor festival season. The old military base in Weeze functions as the ultimate festival location! We can look forward to an extraordinary line up, massive show and interesting hostings of several areas – just as an example: Nightbreed, Gearbox, PRSPCT or Parookaville.

In this article series we want to introduce every single area to you. We present the line up, interesting background information, discuss the line up and artists and speculate about the design and decoration. We also invited a few artist to speak about their area and performance, some sort of small Q&A!

Who doesn’t know the melody of Attack Again? As one of the most vicious artists, Noisecontrollers are responsible for some of the best hardstyle songs! Now, they (or he?!) will host this year’s Early Hardstyle area at Q-BASE, with Jones, Luna, Bass Modulators (here: Oldschool Modulators), Technoboy, Toneshifterz and Wildstylez as support.

A pretty interesting line up if you ask us! Pretty much all artists lined up are in the scene for years. With Jones we even have a young talent behind the decks. Luna could drop some older, but harder tunes, Technoboy will surely drop his Qlimax Anthem Next Dimensional World , Wildstylez will showcase some true Project One magic and also Toneshifterz sounds promising. Who remembers Sahara?
