From June 20th to 22nd, Northern Germany once again hosted one of the wildest electronic music festivals in Schleswig-Holstein – Volume X Festival. With three distinct stages covering goa, techno, and the harder styles, this year’s edition proved to be a real highlight of the season and an unforgettable experience.

Easy arrival, smooth entry
Getting to Volume X Festival was completely stress-free. No traffic drama, no endless searching – the parking crew was in good shape and got all the cars parked quickly. At the entrance, everything ran super-smoothly: short lines and efficient bag checks. We were inside in no time. Security took their job seriously but stayed chill – exactly how it should be to ensure the visitors’ safety without ruining the vibe.

Delicious food, cold drinks, and inked memories
Once on the festival grounds, there was no need to worry about food or drinks. The options were spot on. Whether you craved pizza, burgers, döner, or bratwurst – or looking for something vegetarian or vegan – there was plenty to choose from. A small kiosk sold snacks and ice cream, making it perfect for a sweet break.
Thirsty? No problem! There were more than enough bars and barely any waiting times – top marks for that!
And for those wanting to take home a permanent piece of Volume X, there even was a tattoo booth ready to conserve those memories.
Thanks to extensive sunshine, the festival area stayed dry, and the vibes remained sky-high. Just a bit of dust in the air – but hey, we’ll take that over rain and mud any day!

Three stages, three worlds
Each of the three stages had its own distinct personality. The goa and techno stages were visually stunning – decorated with wild mannequins in kinky outfits that added a fun, quirky, and creative twist.
However, the main stage – XVILLE – was the absolute highlight, being visually and sonically impressive. From front-row to back-fence, the sound hit hard and clear with no sound bleed between the stages, thanks to the clean layout of the festival area.

Friday – a raw start to a wild weekend
Friday kicked off strong as Harddried opened the XVILLE stage and immediately brought the heat, getting the crowd into full weekend mode.
Later, Superior Core showcased the essence of this stage: heavy basslines, relentless tempo, and pure harder styles power.
Aversion’s set definitely was a standout moment – the crowd was packed, the energy was wild, and every drop hit exactly like it should.
Each single act delivered, and the entire Friday felt like the perfect warm-up for what was yet to come the next day.

Saturday – heat, kicks, and memories
Saturday came in hot – literally. The sun was out, the weather was perfect, and the vibes were even better.
Early acts like Nutkix warmed up the crowd nicely, but once Crest – creator of the official Volume X Festival 2025 anthem – stepped on stage, the energy hit full throttle.
Dual Damage took things even higher with their signature sound – kickrolls left and right, and a completely packed area in front of the stage. This duo just never misses.
And finally: The Dark Horror – the last act of the night and one of the best. His performance had everything: intense atmosphere, powerful bass, incredible showmanship. A truly spectacular end to an insane day!

The Volume X Moment – heartbeats and fireworks
As night fell over Kragelund and Saturday festivities were in full swing, The Volume X Moment took the energy to a whole new level. Out of nowhere, the sky lit up with stunning fireworks – perfectly synced to the music, right in the middle of the madness.
While it wasn’t the final act of the night, for many, it felt like a peak in emotion. The bass rolled, the colors exploded, and for a few minutes, the entire crowd moved as one.
It was unexpected, powerful, and unforgettable – the kind of moment that turns a great evening into a legendary memory.

Campsite vibes and side action
The fun didn’t stop at the festival stages – the camping area had a life of its own.
On Saturday, a beer pong tournament brought everyone together in pure festival spirit. Smaller pop-up stages, such as one hosted by the Lost Station crew, kept the beats going nonstop.
Special shoutout to Fiesta Ambassadors, who fired up the mood outside the camping entrance with an excellent set by Nutkix – early energy done right!

Final verdict – turn up the volume for Volume X Festival 2026
