Before the 2025 outdoor festival season starts to gain momentum, the Berlin WANTED family gathered together one more time to dance into May – and, to put it bluntly, the lineup was nothing short of impressive.

This time, the party already kicked off on my train journey from Lower Saxony, during which I directly met some truly amazing people from Magdeburg. Our matching WANTED shirts clearly indicated that we were headed to the same destination, so we instantly started chatting.
Once arrived in Berlin, we picked up two of my friends and made our way to club THE CLOUD, the venue just a stone’s throw away from Alexanderplatz where the “WANTED – Go Hard or Die” events have been taking place since March of last year.
As always, entry was smooth and quick, just like the cloakroom service. Such a relief when you’re eager to dance into the night!

The opening act of the night was In-Zane, who certainly lived up to his name and slowly but surely got the guests into the right party mood with hardstyle tracks that everyone knew. You could feel the energy building!
On the balcony of the venue, we ran into some familiar faces again. We exchanged greetings, enjoyed some drinks, and eventually celebrated together inside!
When INTOX took over the DJ booth, the dance floor visibly filled up, followed by Luc van Hard who thrilled the crowd with his pounding rawstyle sounds.
Throughout the night, the duo behind WANTED, Lisa and Basti, could be seen multiple times socializing with the crowd. They danced, celebrated, and took time for chats with attendees. It’s clear that they are more than 100% committed to everything they have been putting out regularly since 2017. This passion for the music and community is what sets WANTED events apart!

The big names in the scene certainly took note – that night, Kruelty made his debut at WANTED, rocking the now-packed club with his signature hard-hitting industrial hardcore kicks. The second headliner, GPF, was already back for a repeat performance.
The Boiler Room setup meanwhile was littered with inflatable penises being waved along the sounds of piepkicks. GPF classics like “Cummin On Your Face” and greazy remixes of tracks such as “Wackelkontakt” delighted the crowd and maintained peak energy throughout the full 45 minutes of the set.

Unfortunately, a common phenomenon at club events emerged afterward: Many attendees left right after the two headliners finished their sets and went home. This meant missing out on incredibly talented DJs – because even though the dance floor emptied, the atmosphere remained at its best!
After all, the WANTED crew had one more highlight in store to close out the night: a more than two-hour set by Brainstorm and Viciouz! The two young men, who also co-host the podcast “Harder Talk”, brought the night at THE CLOUD to a fitting finale.
I was particularly touched by their 15-minute tribute to DJ Delete, as April 30, 2025, marked his three-year death anniversary. As long as we continue to remember him together and dance to his music, he will always hold a special place in the harder styles scene!
Personally, I would have preferred a bit less “Deutscher Krach” (German Noise) and more uptempo tracks in the rest of the set, but that’s certainly a matter of taste. Overall, I hope to see Brainstorm and Viciouz returning at the next WANTED event!

Conclusion
This event hosted by WANTED had everything – filthy kicks, wild energy, emotional moments, and the kind of crowd that just “gets it”. Kruelty absolutely smashed it, GPF brought the greazy madness (as expected), and that tribute to Delete hit hard emotionally in the best way possible. Even with the floor thinning out later, the vibe survived – it felt like one big, lovely family. The WANTED team couldn’t have done any better send-off to the outdoor festival season. I can’t wait for the next edition!
